Peggy (Margaret) Anderson completed her Bachelors degree at Michigan State University and earned her Masters degree at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She is a Registered Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) by the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of B.C. (CSHHPBC) and is on the Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP). She is a certified member of the Canadian Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA), the British Columbia Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (BCASLPA), and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has twice obtained the Award in Continuing Education from ASHA.
Peggy has worked in the public school system in the United States at the preschool and elementary school levels and in private practice. She has experience working with speech sound (articulation) disorders, oral and written language impairments, social language challenges, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems. She believes that communication is a basic human right and works to improve her clients’ ability to communicate their thoughts and ideas.
